Just drove in off the street with an engine warning light concerning me hoping they had the time to plug in diagnostics to identify any problems. What a lovely experience unfolded with the young chap at the counter. No problems, grabbed his diagnostics machine and walked me through the highlighted issues and even did a print out to take with me. Fortunately no major issues but he did spend 20 mins or so of his time with me and for no charge. I did donate to their men's mental health charity though. I live in Melbourne but spend some time in South Gippsland. Seriously considering getting my car serviced here in the future after this experience.

I could not recommended them more highly. Came and assessment my car when I couldn't get it to them. Picked me up to get my car back. Open and transparent about prices which were very competitive, washed my car, and it now runs better than when I first got it. I will go no where else from now on!

The guys got our ute sorted out perfectly. The parts and workmanship are all of the highest quality.

I came in with a curly wiring job on a late model Jeep, I don't dare play with the electrics and computers controlling the cars these days, but the guys were all over it. Kept me updated with possible computer/controller issues and workarounds, and had me sorted in no time! Great customer service, highly recommend, and will be back for all my 4wd needs!

Couldn’t be happier with the three times my vehicles been in to visit SG Wonthaggi. I had email dealings with Dave for at least a month while sorting out accessories for my 4wd. Countless emails and he always responded quickly and with helpful advice.
Quality of work was has been second to none, all while being completed almost exactly as per quote.
I had both electrical and mechanical upgrades done, and communication during the process was excellent for both.

Massive shout out to the team at SG Off Road. I recently purchased a new Landcruiser 300 series. After numerous emails and phone calls with Courtney - she was able to give me the best advice and correct solution for what i want added to my Landcruiser. The end result was amazing! She even kept me up to date daily when the vehicle was being worked on with photos and phone calls. I have had a canopy and snorkel fitted this year on two separate occasions to my 2018 Ranger.
After a slight change of plans on my end Sue and the staff catered for my change of plans and nothing was a bother. Even suppled a loan vehicle at super short notice.
The installation was to a high standard and my expectations were exceeded at all times.
I travel from the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and I feel the standard of work and customer service is worth it.

We dropped our camper trailer off to get a wheel re alignment which we thought would take a day or 2 to do but NO Glenn was onto it straight away and within 40 minutes the job was done and well priced too. Thankyou SG 4x4.

Desperate need of towbar fitting and the super helpfull staff at SG Off Road squeezed us in to their fully booked schedule in only a few days. Goose neck and ball shown removed for safety. Can post with all shown if needed. Even got 2 D shackles. Great job guys.
